Each alert names what changed and how severe it is: an IDL diff, a redeploy, a new upgrade authority, or a multisig vote. Pin programs in CI to fail builds on breaking changes.
What gets flagged
Every change is classified so you can route critical alerts differently from routine additions.
Instruction removed, signer or discriminator changed, IDL removed. Upgrade authority handed off, program closed, Squads upgrade approved, multisig threshold lowered.
Account or type removed, account layout or instruction arguments changed. Program redeployed, upgrade proposed, deployed code no longer matches its verified build.
Other instruction edits, type modifications, error removed, new initialize/withdraw/close style instructions, program made immutable.
New instructions, accounts, types, or errors; reworded error messages; a proposal cancelled; code newly matching a verified build.
